Shipping rates
We keep it simple — pick the option that works for you: Flat Rate shipping is $8.95 for both U.S. and international orders, no matter how many items you grab. Or choose Curbside Pickup: it’s free, no charge. We’ll email you pickup instructions as soon as your order is ready.
Where we ship from
All orders ship from our studio in California via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Handling time
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days. During limited drops and high-volume periods, please allow up to 5 business days for handling.
Delivery timeframes
Once shipped, standard U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our studio so you can follow it to your door.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us right away if you catch a mistake — if your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to fix it.
