How to start a return
Email us at support@driveyourshit.co with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return mailing address.
Return shipping
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item or size, we will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
